ACER has decided to close its portfolio of third-party psychology and HR/organisational products, including ACER's Psych Testing (APT) platform, at the end of 2025.

FAQs
What will happen to my unused test credits?
Following the 30 November testing deadline, ACER will refund any unused credits that were purchased on or after 1 January 2025.
What will happen to my reports?
You will not be able to generate or download reports from your online account after 31 December 2025. Please ensure that you have downloaded and saved any reports or data you require before this date. Please contact psych.support@acer.org if you need assistance.
How do I download my reports?
Follow these steps to download your reports. Please note you may need to repeat these steps for each assessment product:
- Log into your APT account
- Click Candidates
- Select candidates
- Click 'Select all candidates', or
- Click the check box next to candidates' names.
- Click Generate report
- Follow the prompts to select the report parameters
- Click Generate report
- Click Download report
